DESCRIPTION:This free 8-week program presented by Tzedek DC provides financ
	ial education\, food\, and $100 to start your investment journey! Tzedek D
	C\, a nonprofit legal aid organization committed to promoting racial and e
	conomic justice\, is proud to offer a free 8-week financial empowerment pr
	ogram for DC residents. Note: This program is open to all adult DC residen
	ts (18+)\, as well as UDC students who are DMV residents. The program prov
	ides a series of financial literacy workshops aimed at the specific needs 
	of young adults like spending plans\, debt\, understanding your paycheck\,
	 building credit and investing. The program also offers individualized fin
	ancial counseling sessions from experts and helps program participants set
	 tailored financial plans and achievable goals. Program participants will 
	be eligible to receive $100 in grant funding to start their investment jou
	rneys. For eight weeks\, this cohort will take place in-person from 5:00PM
	 - 7:00PM on the following days at Tzedek DC's office (110
